To get a better understanding of how co-operative working works in a professional library community, I devised this “maze” using some marvellous free software called Quandary 2 – produced by Half-baked Software. You are given a scenario and asked to make a series of decisions to result in a particular outcome. The steps through the maze might be a bit clunky and assumptions are made, but one thing I can assure you, all the scenarios described have been experienced for real during my time at ELISA!
