The ELISA Staff Training & Development Working Group organise a programme of visits to library and information services throughout the year. These visits are intended for professional library and information staff only. They provide an informal insight into the day to day workings of libraries and information services across the city and beyond. The visits offer a great opportunity to meet colleagues, make contacts and to exchange experience.

If you are a library and information professional and would like an opportunity to have a “behind the scenes” visit to a particular organisation, please get in touch with the Secretary of this Group. We would also like to hear from anyone willing to host a visit – an excellent chance to raise the profile of your work and to network with fellow professionals.
